Circuit/Mix with Shannon

Bring a large thick towel and/or a mat for comfort, a water bottle, and a small towel for perspiration.
You can also bring: Dumbells, a Kettlebell or any other equipment that you want to use.
If you wish, bring a backpack and add something heavy inside like a bag of rice if you want added difficulty.

You will be doing body weight exercises.

Full care is taken by instructors, but we are currently not covered for outdoor insurance,
so no legal responsibility will be taken for outdoor accidents and injury.

We have sheltered areas, so hot or cold, rain or shine, the class will not be cancelled due to weather.

Meet at the centre entrance, and please maintain social distancing at all times of 4 square metres,
(so keep 1 metre distance all around you from other people).
Classes are limited to 10 people only with no exceptions.
If you feel unwell, stay at home instead, and phone your doctor.
