Core / Spin
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).
Target areas: Cardio and leg strength on Spin bike and Core stability. Upper body with focus on back.
Instructor: Jaye Byrne.

The first 30 – 40 minutes of this class is Spin.
The last 20 minutes are dedicated to Core fitness using the Fitball.
Light Weights are also used to strengthen the upper body, with a particular focus on the back.
