Circuit with Nik
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).
Target areas: Total body workout. Cardio and legs on bike.
The class sometimes targets specific muscles such as triceps/biceps.
Instructor: Nik Kotuziak.

Cardio on Spin bike for 20 minutes to start off.
Then a mix of Cardio and Weights for all levels – sometimes Boxing and sometimes partner work. A good all round workout.
