Instructor: Frank Jardim & Lisa Hollaway. Alternating weeks.
Body Combo is designed to give a full body workout with maximum aerobic output.
Frank’s class is a combination of: Cycle 20 minutes, Circuit 20 minutes, Tabata 20 minutes. A full abdominal workout is done during the Tabata session.
Lisa’s class is a combination of weights and cardio, with interval training in a light hearted, and fun environment. Lisa often likes to include buttock & leg exercises.
