FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Gym access is from 5am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6am till 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Reception will be staffed and available to members and non members between 9am – 2pm and 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.

Important: All inductions must be completed during the staffed reception hours. 

Yes, however you will need to attend the gym and complete one of our gym inductions. This covers the basics of our gym, such as accessing the site, safety procedures and correct use of the equipment. It’s also an excellent opportunity to ask any training related questions you may have.

To access Beaconsfield Fitness Centre, simply swipe your access pass at the front door, this will unlock the door so you can enter the centre. 

Important: You can’t access Beaconsfield Fitness Centre outside of when reception is staffed without an access pass.

Yes, you can place your membership on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks in a 12 month period.

Our memberships give you the option to cancel at anytime.

We understand life gets busy, if you need to cancel, simply contact us and we’ll cancel your direct debit. 

Important: Where direct debit has been processed you will be able to access the gym until your paid period expires.

Yes, casual passes for both gym access and group fitness are available from reception. Please note, some documentation is involved but we’ll try and make it painless.

No, all our memberships include unlimited group training at no additional cost.

Group training is also available at a causal rate of $15.00 per session for non-members.

No, We understand that gyms aren’t for everyone. Our private, fully equipped personal training studio, located within Beaconsfield Fitness Centre is available to everyone. 

Member of another gym, no problem. Our Personal Trainers can develop personalised programs for you to complete outside of your personal training sessions.

Yes, under 18’s can train at Beaconsfield Fitness Centre. If you are 13 years and below, you must train with one of our fitness professionals. 14-15 years can train with the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. 16 and above can train unsupervised during staffed hours. Please read the terms and conditions for specific details.
