Target areas: Cardio and leg strength on Spin bike and Core stability. Upper body with focus on back.

The first 30 – 40 minutes of this class is Spin.
The last 20 minutes are dedicated to Core fitness using the Fitball.
Light Weights are also used to strengthen the upper body, with particular focus on the back.

Fitball / Powerbar
Times: Tuesday 6:15am. Friday 9:15am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Total body workout.

A strength based class, using a Powerbar, Dumbbells, Bodyweight and Fitball.
This class will focus on improving your muscle endurance, injury prevention and core/pelvic stability. Great for building up bone density and core strength.

Functional Circuit / Step
Time: Thursday 6:15am.
Skill Level: Intermediate and Advanced.

Target areas: Cardio, strength, agility and balance.

Step (Cardio) is for the first 30 minutes.
Circuit for the next 30 minutes, focussing on Functional Fitness training.
