All morning and evening classes are 1 hour long.
Please bring a gym towel and water bottle to all classes and gym.

Class Info

Body Combo
Time: Sunday 9:30am.

Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).
Target areas: Full Body workout.
Instructor: Frank Jardim & Lisa Hollaway. Alternating weeks.

Body Combo is designed to give a full body workout with maximum aerobic output.

Frank’s class is a combination of: Cycle 20 minutes, Circuit 20 minutes, Tabata 20 minutes. A full abdominal workout is done during the Tabata session.

Lisa’s class is a combination of weights and cardio, with interval training in a light hearted, and fun environment. Lisa often likes to include buttock & leg exercises.

Circuit with Lisa
Time: Friday 9:30am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Targeting all muscle groups, giving you long, lean muscles.
Instructor: Lisa Lillicrapp.

This is a fun, energetic class that is always changing and challenging.
The class is different every week, and employs different elements such as Boxing, Powerbar, Weights etc. Never boring, and always enjoyable!

Circuit with Nick
Time: Wednesday 9:30am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Total body workout. Cardio and legs on bike.
The class sometimes targets specific muscles such as triceps/biceps.
Instructor: Nick.

Cardio on Spin bike for 20 minutes to start off.
Then a mix of Cardio and Weights for all levels – sometimes Boxing and sometimes partner work. A good all round workout.

Combination
Times: Tuesday 9:30am. Thursday 9:30am. Thursday 6:30pm.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: General Fitness and Functional Training.
Instructor: Shannon Fleming Carroll.
A combination class, incorporating General Fitness and Functional movement training.

Core / Spin
Time: Monday 6:15am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Cardio and leg strength on Spin bike and Core stability. Upper body with focus on back.
Instructor: Jaye Byrne.

The first 30 – 40 minutes of this class is Spin.
The last 20 minutes are dedicated to Core fitness using the Fitball.
Light Weights are also used to strengthen the upper body, with a particular focus on the back.

Fitball / Powerbar
Time: Tuesday 6:15am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Total body workout.
Instructor: Jaye Byrne.

A strength based class, using a Powerbar, Dumbbells, Bodyweight and Fitball.
This class will focus on improving your muscle endurance, injury prevention and core/pelvic stability. Great for building up bone density and core strength.

Hour of Power
Time: Thursday 6:15am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: General Fitness and Functional Training.
Instructor: Michelle Power.
A high voltage combination class, incorporating General Fitness and Functional movement training.

Old-School Aerobics
Time: Wednesday 5:30pm.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Total body workout.
Instructor: Michelle Power.

Pilates (Traditional)
Times: Friday 6:15am. Friday 10:30am.
Skill Level: Beginner.

Target areas: Different areas each class but primarily targeting the Core, Abdominals and overall body strength. Improves posture and flexibility.
Instructor: Jaye Byrne.

Pilates is renowned worldwide for its effectiveness in building core strength and improving posture and movement. It is very popular with professional dancers, as well as people wishing to improve posture, flexibility and strength. It is often employed by people wishing to rehabilitate from muscular problems.
This is a traditional Pilates class, employing a mat and resistance bands.

Pilates (Modern)
Times: Monday 6:30pm. Wednesday 6:30pm.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Total body workout but not a cardio workout.
Instructor: Jaye Byrne.

Fusing traditional Pilates with bodyART, and elements of Yoga.
This class will change the way you move.
You will become more aligned, focussed and flexible.

Powerbar
Time: Tuesday 10:30am.
Skill Level: Intermediate.

Target areas: An all over body workout. Fitness and Tone.
Instructor: Sharon Atkins.

Spin / Abdominals
Time: Wednesday 6:15am.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Abdominals and general fitness.
Instructor: Michelle Power.

Powerbar / Step / Tabata
Time: Tuesday 6:30pm.
Skill Level: Intermediate and Advanced.

Target areas: Total body workout. Cardio, strength, agility and balance.
Instructor: Michelle Power.

A combination class, incorporating Cardio and Strength Training.
Step (Cardio) is for the first 30 minutes.
Strength based exercises for the last 30 minutes, using a Powerbar, Dumbbells, Bodyweight and Tabata timing.

Spin
Time: Monday 6:30pm. Wednesday 6:30pm.
Skill Level: All Levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced).

Target areas: Fitness.
Instructor: Nick (Mondays). Shannon Carroll(Wednesdays).

Step
Times: Monday 9:30am. Friday 5:30pm. Saturday 9:00am.
Skill Level: Intermediate and Advanced.

Target areas: A high-intensity Cardio workout.
Instructor: Sharon Atkins (Mondays), Michelle Power (Fridays and Saturdays).
